Job summary

Behavior Frontiers is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians (BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities and help individuals communicate, play, and gain independence while reducing challenging behaviors.

You will collect data with our proprietary software and collaborate with BCBAs and families to report progress and receive feedback, supported by world-class training to advance your career.

Qualifications

• Energetic, enthusiastic about helping individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Some college credits or current enrollment required.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings is required.
• Physical ability to perform job duties and stand for periods.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities.
• Teach communication, play, and independence while reducing challenging behaviors.
• Collect and analyze data using proprietary software for decisions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress and receive feedback.
