Behavior Frontiers in California is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings. This role supports individuals with autism and related needs, using evidence-based methods to teach communication, play, and independence.

You will collect data with our electronic software, collaborate with BCBAs and families, and participate in ongoing training to advance clinical skills. A positive attitude, reliability, and 18+ are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities.
• Teach communication, play, social skills, and independence.
• Collect and analyze data with our software for real-time decisions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress.
