Qualifications

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities.
• Teach individuals with autism to communicate, play, make friends, and gain independence.
• Collect and analyze data with our proprietary software for real-time decisions.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass background checks.
• Some college credits or current enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA-based interventions and track progress with data.
• Collaborate with BCBA(s), families, and other technicians.
• Record and report data to guide treatment decisions.
