Job summary

Scottsdale Unified School District is seeking five Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to assist with direct implementation of skill acquisition and behavior-analytic plans under BCBA supervision. You will collaborate with classroom teachers and may collect data to support student progress.

Responsibilities include supervision, data collection, testing students in various areas, maintaining records, and participating in trainings. Compliance with the RBT Ethics Code 2.0 is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• One year of educational or clerical experience preferred; equivalent combination acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist teacher with classroom instruction and activities.
• Obtain supervision for time spent on behavior-analytic services.
• Participate in supervision sessions; include observation of RBT providing services.
• Data collection and measurement tasks.
• Assess preferences and behavior; support student skill acquisition.
• Execute tasks assigned by the BCBA.
• Monitor students' behavior inside and outside the classroom; escort students on campus.
• Attend in-service trainings and related meetings.
• Assist in testing students in academic and social areas.
• Maintain accurate documentation of supervision per RBT handbook.
• Adhere to RBT Ethics Code 2.0 and stay updated.
