Job summary

Scottsdale Unified School District is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The RBT will implement behavior intervention plans and assist in data collection to support students, especially those needing special accommodations.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma/G.E.D., complete a relevant training program, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to interact with students and staff effectively.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. and one year of relevant experience.
• Complete a 40-hour training program and pass the RBT assessment.
• Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers and work with children during instructional activities.
• Collect data and assist with assessments as directed by the BCBA.
• Monitor children’s behavior and escort students around the campus.
