Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) located in Scottsdale, AZ, with opportunity to build to a full-time position. The RBT will be responsible for implementing behavioral intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Key duties include delivering one-on-one therapy to clients, collecting data on client progress, assisting in teaching functional and social skills, and maintaining consistent communication with the interdisciplinary team. The role also involves creating a positive and supportive learning environment for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental challenges.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
• Strong interpersonal and Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and team members
• Experience or knowledge in Behavioral Intervention and Psychology
• Ability to collect and analyze data for monitoring client progress
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus
