Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking a Clinic-Based Behavior Technician to join our ABA team in Western Massachusetts, with a focus on 1:1 teaching for children and youth. Under supervision of a Behavior Analyst, you will support treatment plans and coach families to reinforce skills in home and community settings.
Qualifications include a High School Degree, at least one year of experience with children, strong communication, a valid driver's license, and being 21 or older.

As an ABA Technician, you will provide direct 1:1 teaching and behavioral support to children and youth using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Working under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst, you’ll help implement treatment plans and coach caregivers to support skill development and positive behavior in everyday environments.
