Job summary

Behavior Management Solutions LLC in the East Bay Area is seeking School Aide positions to support students in general education and special education classrooms. You’ll be assigned to support one student or classroom throughout the day, helping our learners succeed socially, behaviorally, and academically.

As a BCBA-owned and run ABA provider, we offer supervision, weekly training, and a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in ABA or as a school aide preferred.
• RBT credential is a major plus.
• Excellent reliability and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help students transition between tasks and environments.
• Collaborate with teachers and clinical supervisors to implement individualized plans.
• Collect and graph behavior data daily to track progress.
• Communicate effectively with all team members.
• Stay aligned with behavior intervention plans and contribute to goal setting.
• Learn and utilize behavior analytic strategies.

Behavior Management Solutions is a BCBA-owned and run ABA provider that provides high-quality behavior analytic services for schools, families, and students of all needs and abilities. We specialize in:

• Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Full‑time instructional RBTs and behavior aides
• School consultation services
• Adult Transition services

Locations: School sites throughout the East Bay Area, California

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5–7.5 hours/day

Pay: $28–$32/hour (DOE)
