Behavior Management Solutions LLC in Saratoga, California, is seeking a South Bay Behavior Technician/RBT/Classroom Aide to support students in general and special education classrooms. You’ll assist with transitions, data collection, and individualized plans.

The role offers Monday–Friday schedules of 5–7.5 hours per day with pay between $28 and $32 per hour, DOE, and benefits like health insurance and 401(k) matching; state and federal background checks required.
