Job summary

Behavior Management Solutions LLC is seeking enthusiastic School Aides to support students in general education and special education classrooms across California. You will assist with transitions, data collection, and implementing behavior plans under supervision, helping learners succeed socially, behaviorally, and academically.

This role offers Monday–Friday schedules (5–7.5 hours/day) and pay of $28–$32/hour DOE, plus benefits for full-time staff and BCBA supervision opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college students encouraged.
• 1+ years of ABA or school aide experience preferred.
• RBT credential is a major plus.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities desirable.
• Reliable transportation and strong reliability are essential.

Behavior Management Solutions is a BCBA-owned and run ABA provider that provides high-quality behavior analytic services for schools, families, and students of all needs and abilities.

We specialize in:

• Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Full-time instructional RBTs and behavior aides

Locations: School sites throughout the South Bay Area, California

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5–7.5 hours/day
