Job summary

Behavior Management Solutions LLC is seeking enthusiastic school aides to support students in general education and special education classrooms across the East Bay Area, CA. You will assist with transitions, data collection, and collaboration with teachers and supervisors to help learners succeed socially, behaviorally, and academically.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in ABA or school aide roles, a possible RBT credential, and a passion for working with children with autism or developmental

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in ABA or as a school aide.
• RBT credential is a major plus.
• Experience with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• High energy, great attitude, and love for working with children.
• Excellent reliability and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Help students transition between tasks and environments.
• Collaborate with teachers and clinical supervisors to implement individualized plans.
• Collect and graph behavior data daily to track progress.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with all team members.
• Stay aligned with behavior intervention plans and contribute to goal setting.
• Learn and utilize behavior analytic strategies.

Behavior Management Solutions is a BCBA-owned and run ABA provider that provides high-quality behavior analytic services for schools, families, and students of all needs and abilities. We specialize in:

• Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Full‑time instructional RBTs and behavior aides
• School consultation services
• Adult Transition services

Locations: School sites throughout the East Bay Area, California

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5–7.5 hours/day

Pay: $28–$32/hour (DOE)

You'll be assigned to support one student or classroom throughout the day, helping our learners succeed socially, behaviorally, and academically.
