Job summary

Behavior Frontiers is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians (BT) to join our team in California. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities, helping individuals communicate, play, and gain independence while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Energetic, compassionate individuals needed to help those with developmental disabilities.
• Some college credits or ongoing enrollment encouraged.

• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
