Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking compassionate staff to support children and teens with autism. You will work in clients’ homes (with some sessions at local centers) and may have part-time or full-time hours. Training is provided, and daily pay is available.

The role pays $21–$27 per hour, depending on experience. You’ll need a HS diploma or GED, at least one semester of college coursework, 6+ months of experience with kids, a reliable car, license, and insurance, and the ability to pass

• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer) such as babysitting.
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance.
• Willingness to pass background and health checks.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English Proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Teach children through play to learn new skills (communication, sharing, following directions).
• Be a positive role model and celebrate progress daily.
• Stay active during sessions, moving and engaging with kids.
• Keep things organized and track progress; training provided.
• Support families and be part of a team helping children reach potential.

Schedule & Pay

• Job Type: Part-Time (Up to 20 hours) & Full-Time
• Hours: Availability required all weekdays Monday - Friday from 3:30pm to 8pm OR All weekdays Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm. Sessions will be scheduled within this timeframe based on client needs.
• Work Setting — you’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client’s needs
• Daily pay access available so you can get paid as you earn
• Compensation: $21-$27/hr (Entry-level BT to Advanced BT pay range shown)

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or GED completed AND at least one semester of college coursework (or currently enrolled in college courses)
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts!)
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance
• Willingness to pass background and health checks
• Ability to read, write, and speak English Proficiently
• A big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic kiddos
