Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to work primarily in clients' homes with some sessions at local centers. The role requires 6+ months of experience with children and a high school diploma or GED.

You must be reliable, have a car and driver’s license, and pass background checks. Daily pay available and compensation ranges from $22.50 to $28.00 per hour, with additional pay for Spanish speakers.

• At least 6 months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer).
• Reliable car, driver's license, and insurance.
• Ability to pass background, motor vehicle, TB tests, and onboarding immunities.

Responsibilities

• Teach children through play and activities to develop new skills.
• Be a positive role model and celebrate progress daily.
• Stay active during sessions by moving, playing, and engaging with kids.
• Support families and collaborate with a care team to track progress.
