Autism Learning Partners is hiring a part-time Behavioral Technician to support children and teens with autism in home and center settings. You’ll work mostly evenings during weekdays with some centers based on client needs.

Sessions are scheduled 3:30pm–8pm, up to 20 hours weekly, with daily pay options and a $21–$28/hour rate plus a $0.50/hr bilingual bonus for Spanish speakers. No prior certification required; full training provided.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts).
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance.
• Pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and immunities to MMR/VZV during onboarding (paid).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• A big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic kiddos.

No certification required! Just 6+ months of paid or volunteer experience working with children (babysitting, tutoring, camp counseling, church/youth groups, etc.).

Schedule & Pay

• Job Type: Part-Time (Up to 20 hours)
• Hours: Availability required all weekdays Monday - Friday from 3:30pm to 8pm. Sessions will be scheduled within this timeframe based on client needs.
• Work Setting — you’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client’s needs
• Daily pay access available so you can get paid as you earn
• Compensation: $21-$28/hr

Bonus

Spanish speakers earn an additional $0.50/hr.

What You’ll Need
