Job summary

Eleos ABA seeks dedicated RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. Excellent communication, dependable scheduling, and strict confidentiality are essential.

Eleos offers BCBA mentorship, ongoing training, and supportive growth opportunities within a collaborative team. The role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), 1 year of relevant experience, and access to reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred for some roles.
• 1 year of experience with children under 10; RBT experience preferred.
• Must complete background check and obtain any required credentials.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and sit on the ground as needed.
• Strong ethics, energy, and excellent communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one setting following individualized plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client behavior for progress tracking.
• Collaborate with caregivers and train them to implement strategies.
• Maintain a safe, confidential environment for clients and families.
• Attend trainings and perform administrative duties as required.
