Job summary

Eleos ABA, LLC is seeking qualified RBTs to provide in-home ABA services to our clients in Pasadena, MD. Join a supportive team and help children with autism reach their goals in a one-on-one setting.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, at least 1 year experience with children under 10, and the ability to work part-time after-school hours. Eleos offers training, mentorship, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience with children under 10; RBT experience preferred.
• Must have transportation to commute and be prompt to each appointment.
• Willing to undergo a background check and maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrates strong ethics, empathy, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct in-home ABA services one-on-one under the direction of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behavior.
• Collaborate with caregivers and assist in training as needed.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for clients and families.
• Attend trainings to expand knowledge and skills.

About The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position

We are looking for high-quality RBTs to provide in-home ABA services to our clients in a professional and compassionate manner.

The ideal candidate will be dependable and courteous with outstanding communication skills. You should be able to follow verbal and written instructions.

Eleos ABA provides extensive training on behavior tracking software, ABA concepts, implementation of individualized plans, BCBA mentorship, and on-going training.

RBT Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one therapy setting implementing individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record data on client behavior.
• Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of caregivers.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and families.
• Carry out clinical assessments and other administrative duties.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Attend trainings to acquire further knowledge.

RBT Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma (Bachelors preferred)
• Experience: 1 year working with children under 10yrs old, experience as a therapist/RBT preferred.
• If not already credentialed as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the BACB, Eleos ABA will provide the training and experience necessary to obtain certification.
• Must have access to transportation to commute and be prompt to each appointment.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
