Job summary

Eleos ABA in Baltimore, MD is seeking qualified RBTs to provide in-person ABA services to children with autism in a center-based setting. You will work one-on-one under the supervision of a BCBA and contribute to individualized treatment plans.

This part-time role offers opportunities for growth, data collection, and caregiver training within a supportive team focused on ethics, confidentiality, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• At least 1 year experience with children under 10 years old; RBT preferred.
• RBT training provided if not certified.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Responsibilities

About the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position

We are looking for high-quality RBTs to provide in-home ABA services to our clients in a professional and compassionate manner. RBT Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one therapy setting implementing individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record data on client behavior.
• Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of caregivers.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and families.
• Carry out clinical assessments and other administrative duties.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Attend trainings to acquire further knowledge.

RBT Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma (Bachelors preferred)
• Experience: 1 year working with children under 10yrs old, experience as a therapist/RBT preferred.
• If not already credentialed as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the BACB, Eleos ABA will provide the training and experience necessary to obtain certification.
• Must have access to transportation to commute and be prompt to each appointment.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
