Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work 1:1 with clients, implementing plans created by a BCBA and recording progress data to guide treatment decisions.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework may be preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children is desirable.
• Ability to pass a background check is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule

• Part-time availability (AM and/or PM shifts)
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
