Job summary

BlueSprig is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy to children with autism in center-based or home-based settings. Training is provided, with ongoing mentorship and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality expected.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor.
• Passion for helping children and families.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for ongoing professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• Competitive pay:

• $22.00–$24.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience

• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 18.00for each billable client hour worked

• 16.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time

• Candidateswith an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a$200-bonuson their first paycheck

• Fully paid training — no experiencerequired

• Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling

• Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
