Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

Responsibilities include delivering direct ABA therapy, data collection, collaborating on behavior plans, and updating families on progress. Flexible, full- or part-time hours available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology/education (a plus).
• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.
• Passion for helping children and families.
