Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to deliver1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will collect progress data, work under a BCBA supervisor to implement behavior plans, and support families with practical strategies and updates.

Competitive pay of $20–$28 per hour, flexible full-time or part-time schedules, and benefits for eligible staff are provided along with ongoing supervision and training to enhance your clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Data collection experience or ability to collect treatment data.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.
• Passion for helping children and families.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you’ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands‑on training and mentorship.

Requirements
