Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA therapy in clients' homes. You will help children with autism develop communication, social, and functional skills under supervision, while gaining hands-on mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

Role supports families with strategies, progress updates, and family coaching. Flexible full-time or part-time shifts offered, with afternoons/evenings common.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma required; college coursework a plus.
• Reliable transportation and availability for after-school hours/weekends preferred.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you’ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands‑on training and mentorship.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans

Requirements

• High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
