Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Charlotte, NC seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will collect data, implement behavior plans under supervision, and support families with strategies and progress updates.

The role offers full-time or part-time shifts, with opportunities for after-school hours and weekends, and includes ongoing training and supervision from experienced BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology/education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is required.

About the Role
