Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group in Mason, MI is seeking a part‑time behavior technician (BT/RBT) to support neurodivergent children with play‑based ABA in homes and community settings.

You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and communicate progress with families and BCBA supervisors, while building genuine relationships. Includes 15 hours per week, $20–$23 per hour, paid training, and exam fee coverage.

Qualifications

• 40-hour RBT training completed (or willingness to complete before start date).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Previous experience working with children.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids.
• In-person role in Mason, MI.

Job Type: Part‑Time | Mon – Fri mornings (approx 15 hours/week)

Location: In‑Person – Mason, MI

Pay: $20‑$23 per hour (depending on experience)

Who We Are

We're a small, BCBA‑owned ABA practice focused on play‑based, naturalistic therapy for neurodivergent kids. No table drills—just meaningful skill‑building through play in homes, schools, and communities. We're growing intentionally, and we need playful, patient, and observant people to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 support to children using play‑based ABA techniques
• Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools)
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team
• Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors
• Build genuine relationships with kids and families

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to get to homes and community sites on time
• 40‑hour RBT training completed (or willingness to complete before start date)
• Previous experience working with children
