Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group in Battle Creek, MI is hiring a Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-person, part-time afternoon and evening hours. You will provide 1:1 play-based ABA support in homes and community settings, following treatment plans created by our BCBA team.

The role requires reliable transportation, 40-hour RBT training (or willing to complete before start), and prior experience with children. Benefits include paid training, exam and application fee coverage, mileage reimbursement,

Pay: $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

Who We Are:

We're a small, BCBA-owned ABA practice focused on play-based, naturalistic therapy for neurodivergent kids. No table drills—just meaningful skill-building through play in homes, schools, and communities. We're growing intentionally, and we need playful, patient, and observant people to join our team.

What You'll Do:

• Provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques

• Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools)

• Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team

• Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors

• Build genuine relationships with kids and families

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to get to homes and community sites on time

• 40-hour RBT training completed (or willingness to complete before start date)

• Previous experience working with children

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids
