Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group in Mears, Michigan seeks a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 play-based ABA support to children in homes and community settings. You will follow BCBA-created treatment plans, collect progress data, and communicate with families and supervisors.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with kids and families, with a focus on development in a supportive, small-team environment. Evening, part-time hours required, in-person work only.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to homes and community sites on time.
• 40-hour RBT training completed (or willingness to complete before start date).
• Previous experience working with children.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids.

Pay: $20–$23 per hour (depending on experience)

Who We Are

We're a small, BCBA‑owned ABA practice focused on play‑based, naturalistic therapy for neurodivergent kids. No table drills—just meaningful skill‑building through play in homes, schools, and communities. We're growing intentionally and need playful, patient, and observant people to join our team.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 support to children using play‑based ABA techniques
