Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA support in homes and community settings around Mason, MI. You will follow BCBA-created plans, collect progress data, and build meaningful relationships with families and kids.

The role offers mornings, about 15 hours/week, with pay of $20-$23 per hour and opportunities for RBT certification, training, and growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must have 40-hour RBT training completed or willing to complete before start date.
• Prior experience working with children is required.
• Reliable transportation to homes and community sites is essential.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids.

Responsibilities

Who We Are:

We're a small, BCBA-owned ABA practice focused on play-based, naturalistic therapy for neurodivergent kids. No table drills—just meaningful skill-building through play in homes, schools, and communities. We're growing intentionally, and we need playful, patient, and observant people to join our team.

What You'll Do:

• Provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques
• Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools)
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to get to homes and community sites on time
• 40-hour RBT training completed (or willingness to complete before start date)
• Previous experience working with children
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids
