Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group in Hastings, Michigan seeks a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) for in-person, part-time work (~10 hours/week) afternoons and evenings. You will provide 1:1 play-based ABA therapy in homes and community settings, following plans created by BCBA staff and collecting progress data.

Requirements include a completed 40-hour RBT training or willingness to complete, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

Who We Are:

We’re a small, BCBA‑owned ABA practice focused on play‑based, naturalistic therapy for neurodivergent kids. No table drills—just meaningful skill‑building through play in homes, schools, and communities. We’re growing intentionally, and we need playful, patient, and observant people to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 support to children using play‑based ABA techniques
• Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools)
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team
• Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors
• Build genuine relationships with kids and families

• Reliable transportation to get to homes and community sites on time
