Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking an in-person Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under a BCBA's supervision. You will collect progress data, assist in developing behavior support plans, and provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
The role emphasizes teaching social, communication, and daily living skills, with ongoing collaboration to adjust treatment plans. Prior experience is preferred but training will be provided.
Note: Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
