Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA and to provide one-on-one therapy to clients in person at our Defiance, Ohio location.

You will collect data, contribute to treatment plans, and help clients develop social, communication, and daily living skills while maintaining strong family relationships. Prior experience preferred but training will be provided.
