Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Dayton, OH is seeking a Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under supervision by a BCBA. You will provide direct one-on-one therapy, collect data on client progress, and assist in developing behavior support plans.

You will teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills, collaborate to modify treatment plans, and maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients and families while you receive ongoing training and career

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or with individuals with autism preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans.
