Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Ohio is seeking an enthusiastic Behavior Technician to provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, implement individualized plans, and help families learn strategies to support social and daily living skills.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail in data recording, and a compassionate approach to clients. Training is provided, with opportunities for professional development and career advancement in a supportive in-person setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
