Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA. You will collect data, support plan implementation, and provide direct one-on-one therapy to help clients develop social, communication, and daily living skills.

You will collaborate with the BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed and maintain a professional relationship with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.
• Ability to implement behavior intervention strategies under supervision and follow plans accurately.
