Perfect Pair ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in Pelham, NC. The BT will implement individualized protocols, collect data, and document progress across various environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BCBAs, caregivers, and staff to foster growth, engagement, and skill acquisition in clients receiving therapy. Flexible full-time/part-time hours available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid within 30 days.
• Ability and willingness to support basic needs of clients.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

As a BT, you will play a vital role in providing personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services to clients across diverse environments. Job Summary:

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will:

• Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA.

• Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes.

• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning.

• Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition.

Behavior Technician (BT) Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.

• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.

• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
