Perfect Pair ABA in Midlothian, VA is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients with autism and related disorders. The BT will work with supervisors, caregivers, and colleagues to create an engaging, data-driven treatment environment that supports skill development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients
• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments
• Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning
• Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition
