Perfect Pair ABA in Pelham, NC seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in client homes and other settings. You will implement individualized protocols developed by a BCBA, collect data, and document progress notes to track growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.
• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA.
• Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes.
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning.
• Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition.
