Perfect Pair ABA in Asheboro, NC is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy and implement BCBA-approved protocols. You will collect data, document progress, and collaborate with caregivers to support client growth across diverse settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid within 30 days of employment
• Ability to support the basic needs of clients
• Retain and maintain a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Facilitate one-on-one ABA therapy services across diverse environments using BCBA-developed protocols
• Collect data during sessions and document progress notes
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to promote learning
• Create an engaging therapeutic environment to support growth and skill acquisition
