Job summary

Astra Aba is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes, under BCBA supervision. This role focuses on applying treatment plans with fidelity to support each child’s development.

You will collect accurate progress data, document SOAP notes daily, and collaborate with BCBAs, families, and the care team while maintaining HIPAA privacy and adhering to BACB ethics and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home setting.
• Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET).
• Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs and company policies.

Monday - Saturday 2:30-6:30pm

• Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team
• members.
• Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies.

Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required.
