Job summary

HireCare LLC in Greenville, NC is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or community settings. You will work with supervising BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans and collect data on client behavior and skill development.

You will maintain accurate session notes, communicate progress and concerns to BCBAs, and build supportive relationships with families while upholding confidentiality and professional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Active RBT certification OR willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow clinical instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to adapt to client needs in a dynamic environment.

Job Summary

We’re seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) and RBTs to join our team! As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or community settings. You’ll work closely with our supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans and collect accurate data on client behavior and skill development.

Work Schedule

• Part-time and full-time Behavior Technician (BT)and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) positions available
• Hours vary depending on client availability and caseload needs
• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)
• 15–25+ hours per week, depending on your availability and client needs

Compensation

• $21–$25 per hour
