Job summary

Autumn ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for a preschool-aged child with autism in the Edison, NJ area after school hours. The role includes data collection and collaboration with a supervising BCBA, with a flexible schedule and travel compensation potentially offered.

Requirements include a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and prior experience with young children.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, and/or social work preferred.
• Experience working with young children preferred.
• Applied behavior analysis (ABA) experience of 2 years required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism.
• Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA.
• Maintain anecdotal session notes for each therapy session and required paperwork.
• Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members.

We seek a part-time registered behavior technician (RBT) or behavior technician (BT) to work with a preschool-aged client with autism for in-home (ABA) therapy after school hours in the Edison, NJ area. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25-$28 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
