Job summary

SoaringHigh ABA in the United States is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one support to children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in the home, school, or community. You’ll help clients build skills, reach their goals, and make meaningful progress.

Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement behavior intervention plans, collect data during sessions to track progress, and assist in developing individualized treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassion and patient approach when working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT Certification Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress.
• Assist in development of individualized treatment goals.
• Support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and daily living.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports.
• Utilize ABA techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation.

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans

• Collect data during sessions to track progress

• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals

• Support skill-building in areas such as communication, social interaction, and daily living

• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports

• Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors

• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation

The candidate we are looking for will have:

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• Compassion and patient approach when working with children

• Reliable transportation

• RBT Certification Preferred
