Job summary

SoaringHigh ABA in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one support to children and individuals with autism in home, school, or community settings. You will help clients build skills and make meaningful progress under the supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Collect data during sessions to track progress.

• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports.
• Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation.
