Job summary

SoaringHigh ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one support to children and individuals with autism in home, school, or community settings in Colorado. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement behavior intervention plans and track progress.

You will collect data, help develop goals, support communication, social skills, and daily living skills, and collaborate with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassion and patient approach when working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under BCBA supervision, implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals.
• Support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and daily living.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports.
• Utilize ABA techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation.

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will:

• Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation

The candidate we are looking for will have:

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Compassion and patient approach when working with children
• Reliable transportation
• RBT Certification Preferred
