Job summary

SoaringHigh ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one support to children and individuals with autism in the home, school, or community. You will help clients build skills and make meaningful progress under BCBA supervision.

You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and contribute to treatment goals while collaborating with the team and using ABA techniques to reduce challenging behaviors. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassion and patient approach when working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT Certification Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment goals.
• Support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and daily living.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports.

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect data during sessions to track progress
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals
• Support skill-building in areas such as communication, social interaction, and daily living
• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports
• Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation

The candidate we are looking for will have:

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Compassion and patient approach when working with children
• Reliable transportation
• RBT Certification Preferred
