Job summary

SoaringHigh ABA seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services to children and individuals with autism in home, school, or community settings.

Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, help develop treatment goals, and support skill-building. You will collaborate with the treatment team to report progress and use ABA techniques to teach new skills while maintaining accurate notes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassion and patient approach when working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT Certification Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
