Job summary

Childwise ABA seeks dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, following BCBA-designed plans and collecting data to track progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

• Collaborate with families and supervisors to help clients achieve their goals

Duties and Responsibilities for Behavior Technicians (BTs)

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

• Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

Compensation and Schedule for Behavior Technicians (BTs)

• $22–$28 per hour

• Part-Time and Full-Time positions available

• Flexible scheduling based on availability

• Monday–Friday schedules available

• Weekend opportunities available

• 15–40 hours per week, depending on position and availability
