Job summary

Childwise ABA in Chelsea, MA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement BCBA-approved treatment plans, collect data, and help kids develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Duties and Responsibilities for Behavior Technicians (BTs)

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

• Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

• Collect and record data during therapy sessions

Compensation and Schedule for Behavior Technicians (BTs)

• $22-$28 per hour

• Part-Time and Full-Time positions available

• Flexible scheduling based on availability

• Monday-Friday schedules available

• Weekend opportunities available

• 10-40 hours per week, depending on position and availability
