Job summary

Childwise ABA is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in a supportive setting. You will implement plans created by BCBAs, collect data, and help children learn communication, social, and daily living skills while promoting independence.

Duties and Responsibilities for Behavior Technicians (BTs)

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

• Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

• Collect and record data during therapy sessions

• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

• Support positive behavior development and skill acquisition

• Collaborate with families and supervisors to help clients achieve their goals

Compensation and Schedule for Behavior Technicians (BTs)

• $22–$28 per hour

• Part-Time and Full-Time positions available

• Flexible scheduling based on availability

• Monday–Friday schedules available

• Weekend opportunities available

• 10–40 hours per week, depending on position and availability
