Job summary

Childwise ABA in Massachusetts is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs, collect data, and help develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

We offer paid training, ongoing mentorship, flexible schedules (part-time and full-time), weekends possible, and a benefits package including health and vision insurance, PTO, and team events.

Compensation and Schedule for Behavior Technicians (BTs)

• $22-28 per hour
• Part-Time and Full-Time positions available
• Flexible scheduling based on availability
• Monday–Friday schedules available
• Weekend opportunities available
• 10–40 hours per week, depending on position and availability
